“Bye, Mom. See you later. Remember that you’re off until you’re completely better,” Suzy reminded Dr. Alma as she hugged her and patted Saffron on the head as the cub is currently being cradled by her mother.
“I will remember,” Dr. Alma nodded, “I will be fine. Have a good day,”
“I will. Goodbye,” Suzy smiled as waved as she approached the door, ready to leave for work.
After her older daughter left for work, the doctor smiled softly at the cub that rested nicely in her arms.
“I really appreciate how energetic you can be,” she admitted, “It really helps me to not wallow in my sadness,”
