Personality: Out the outside and to the citizens of the Nebula galaxy, he is very resentful and vengeful as he felt that stars do not belong in the universe as he sees them as weeds that make the garden of space look terrible. Deep down, he is actually quite dramatic, flamboyant, acts like an airhead and is willing to help people out that are in need. He rarely allows his good traits to be shown to those that he feels obstacles in his goal: to get rid of all the stars in the universe.

As he is actually quite lonely, Time Warp will cherish anyone that is willing to become his friend. He would even naively believe that they would feel the same way. That can be quite a problem when working with other villains, as he would never consider the fact that they may betray him.

As Time Warp believes the stars are useless, he doesn't believe anyone when they lecture him that destroying the stars will destroy all life. If his goal had been achieved, he would find this out the hard way.

He is actually a doctor, but he earned it in his studies of time fragments. These studies helped him control his time manipulation powers.

As Time Warp is the biggest threat in the Nebula galaxy, he is quite arrogant and prideful of his powers. He didn't really consider that there might be someone else out there that could rival or be more powerful than him.

Background:

Time Warp came from the time before stars even formed. His species were able to live in harsh conditions. The universe was a dark, unwelcoming place and that was the perfect living condition for his species.

When stars were being formed, it was apparent that Time Warp's species were highly sensitive to the Nebulanium that was being radiated from them. Eventually, Time Warp was the only one of his species left. He's still weak to Nebulanium.

Time Warp's resentment for the stars grew as he saw how more of them appeared. He saw them as weeds that tainted the beautiful garden of the universe. It's not like anyone needed stars to live, right? After all, he and his species were able to live without them before. The new species that appeared were just being selfish and just wanted the sparkly lights.

A century ago he collected all the Genie Deities and wished to be extremely powerful so that he could finally fulfill his dream. As soon as he made his wish, he reversed time. This acted like a gigantic black hole as it quickly wiped out most of the stars. For a minute, the entire universe was destroyed (except for the asterism Guardian Delle's Sword ). When he had destroyed the universe, it had alerted Guardian Delle. She called forth her weapon: the asterism Guardian Delle's Sword and used the four stars to overpower him with a powerful burst of Nebulanium. This had stunned long enough for the heroes to be able to find a Genie Deity from an alternate universe and wish to banish him to Beyond Space-Time.

He was stuck in Beyond Space-Time with the immortal guard Kagome. She made a forcefield that would only allow her to leave. He finally figured out the best way to leave would be to swallow her whole and the forcefield should sense her inside himself. His plan was successful and he escaped.

When he left, he disguised himself as a Belarrialing. He landed on the nearest planet and met Nikita.

He paid off Nikita's gigantic hospital bill and fine after she had her accident and the androids (her employers) sued her for various factors that were beyond her control. She works for him as his assistant to show her gratitude. He sees her as his daughter. He felt quite hurt when she left him after she found out that he is actually Time Warp.

He soon discovered that Guardian Delle's Sword had been reincarnated as nebulanians known as Mr. Slick, Dr. Alma, Estella, and Bianca. Furious how they had overpowered him in their previous life, he is determined to destroy at least one of them so that they would not be able to fulfill the prophecy and stop him for good.
